AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND BIBLEEVENTS.ORG & END-TIME HOPE MINISTRIES

The BibleEvents.org and End-Time Hope Ministries websites (collectively, “Websites”), including seminar registration, the replay page, and the online Bible School, are operated by End-Time Hope Ministries. These Websites are offered to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Websites means you agree to them.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Websites after a change means you accept the updated terms.

THE FREE BIBLE SCHOOL

Free. The Bible School is free. There is no charge for lessons, the certificate, or the Bible gift.
Your account. Please give accurate information and use one account per person. Keep your PIN private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Age. If you are under 18, you may enroll only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Children under 13 should enroll with a parent or guardian.
Lessons in order. Lessons open as the seminar meetings are released and as you finish the lesson before. We may add, change, reorder or remove lessons, pictures and questions at any time.
Certificate and Bible gift. Students who finish all 27 lessons may receive a graduation certificate and a Bible gift, by mail within the United States or in person at the seminar, while supplies last. We may substitute a gift of similar value or change this offer.
Teacher follow-up. By enrolling, you understand that your teacher and our ministry team can see your progress and answers, including your answers to decision questions, and may contact you to encourage you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

TEXT MESSAGES AND OTHER CONTACT

If you give us a mobile number, you agree that our ministry team may send you text messages about the Bible School and our seminars, including from the personal mobile number of your teacher or seminar speaker. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help, or contact us. Your consent to receive texts is not required to use the Bible School.

REPLAYS AND LESSON CONTENT

Seminar replays, lessons, pictures and other materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial Bible study. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not copy, re-upload, sell or redistribute the videos or lesson materials without our written permission.

Scripture quotations marked NKJV are taken from the New King James Version®, © 1982 by Thomas Nelson, used by permission; other Scripture quotations are from the translations noted. Other names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Our seminars and lessons share biblical teaching and general information. Lessons that discuss health, family, finances or similar topics are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, counselor, attorney or other professional. Please talk with a qualified professional before making health or other important decisions.

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Websites may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”), such as YouTube and Bible reference sites. The Linked Sites are not under the control of BibleEvents.org or End-Time Hope Ministries, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. These links are provided as a convenience, and a link does not mean we endorse the site.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of using the Websites, you agree not to use them for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. You may not use the Websites in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them or interfere with anyone else’s use of them, and you may not try to gain access to any account, data or system that is not yours.

USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES

The Websites may include forms, message features, or other ways to communicate with us (collectively, “Communication Services”). When you use them, you agree not to:

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
Post or send any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful material.
Upload files that contain viruses or other harmful software, or material you do not have the right to share.
Advertise or sell goods or services, or send surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We have no obligation to monitor the Communication Services but may review and remove any content at our discretion.

MATERIALS YOU SEND US

We do not claim ownership of what you send us, such as feedback, questions or testimonies (“Submissions”). By sending a Submission, you give End-Time Hope Ministries permission to use it in connection with our ministry. We will not publish your name or a testimony publicly without your permission. No compensation will be paid for Submissions.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

THE INFORMATION, SERVICES AND MATERIALS ON THE WEBSITES MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, AND WE MAY CHANGE THEM AT ANY TIME. THE WEBSITES AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBLEEVENTS.ORG AND END-TIME HOPE MINISTRIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITES.

TERMINATION / ACCESS RESTRICTION

We may suspend or end your access to the Websites or any account, at our discretion and without notice, for example if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Websites and ask us to delete your account at any time.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, U.S.A., and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Cole County, Missouri, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Websites. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
